Racing has started with a bang for us. I've been out 8 times thus far and have won 4 races. I've finished 2nd twice and third once. The other we had mechanical problems. I'm leading the points at all 3 IMCA tracks I'm competing at. If things continue this way, you will have to find a way to get to the IMCA banquet in November! Thanks again for your help this season!

Subject: EQ Heads Hammer the field AGAIN!
Hey Eric
We Hauled up to Bremerton Washington this weekend for the Saturdays annual Mopar Drags.
The 10 second pass????? Piece of cake just as I calculated the motor to do, ran a best of 10.92 with a bunch of 10.94-97's and 98's thrown in. MPH was right at 122 all day. We got 3 test runs in and 6 rounds of eliminations......Got the trophy and the Check $$$$$$$$!!!
Was there ever a doubt that we wouldn't win?????
Mopar Collector's Guide was in attendance as promised and Rob Wolfe (Editor) was there with his camera to "capture the moment". After the races we pulled the valve covers and took a lot of pictures of the heads and 0valve gear, the story should be out in a couple of months, probably the July or August issue.
We cut'em down like an Iowa corn field in September, the Mopar enthusiast in the grandstands were whoopin it up for the iron headed 318 laying a beating on the big block and hemi boys....it was a goos show and we'll not be forgotten. My wife was in the grandstands and said it was like we just hit a grand-slamm in the ninth at a home game!
Needless to say it ws a good weekend, everyone's excited about the EQ Heads, we'll keep tuning on it and see if we can get a 10.80 pass out of the old Mopar this year.
