By receipt of this invoice, the recipient agrees that it will pay A&A Midwest Rebuilders Suppliers, Inc. reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs incurred in any collection action with regard to this invoice, and the recipient further agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
DAMAGES
Visual damages must be noted on the bill of lading for truck shipments at the time of delivery, and for UPS shipments the driver must note the damage at the time of delivery prior to your signing for the shipment. All visual damage must be reported to AAEQ Manufactures and Recyclers within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
All concealed damages must be reported to AAEQ Manufactures and Recyclers within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
All shortages must be reported to AAEQ Manufacturers and Recyclers within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
